Angela Duckworth’s Grit is a fascinating exploration of why some people succeed — and why talent just isn’t enough. Duckworth is a psychologist who argues that “grit” is the secret to success. Talent and intelligence help but they’re nothing without passion and perseverance.

RECODE DECODE

Recode Decode is a consistently enlightening podcast, but this particular episode focuses on one of the most successful Venture Capitalists in Silicon Valley who is a firm believer in OKR (Objectives and Key Results). It’s a must listen for leaders and managers.
